WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. The average transit times are as follows (please consider extra time from your customs check)
Portugal: 2-3 working days
Europe: 7-15 working days
Worldwide: 10-25 working days
We are based in Portugal, Europe, so please note that the customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery.

HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR CUSTOMS FEES?
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
CAN I RETURN THE ITEM?
To return an item, please contact us by mail: email@example.com stating your Order Number and reason for return.
We request that all items are returned in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
Bohème Lisboa will not accept returns of any items that have been worn. Shipping costs are not refunded unless items as faulty.

CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEM?
All exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receipt .
If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us by mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, state in your mail which items you would like to exchange for, and why.
If the value of the new Product(s) exceeds the originial value of the Product(s), you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new Product(s) be lower than the orginial value, the difference will be refunded to the original card used for the Order.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via CTT. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.
